PURPOSE:
To provide and coordinate strategies aimed at strengthening education, training and development in the province.
FUNCTIONS:

Coordinate the development , review and implementation of the provincial HRD strategy

Promote functional integration between government departments and other spheres of government

Coordinate the implementation of a research agenda and facilitate resourcing of identified priority interventions
