To Deliver High Quality Competency Based Learning and Development programmes and interventions that will lead to improved Employee and Organisational Performance
STRATEGIC GOALS
- Facilitate, Coordinate, monitor and evaluate the implementationof and full compliance to skills development legislation and national human resource development strategies, policies and programmes
- Facilitate and coordinate the development of Provincial human resource development strategies, frameworks, policies, programmes and sharing of best practices to support the transformation and development of a dedicated, responsive and productive Public Service
- Facilitate and coordinate the capacitation of Public Servants through competency based generic, functional, leadership, management development and adult education and training programmes
- Facilitate and coordinate the management and implementation of strategic skills development projects aimed at improving the alignment and supply of skills
Facilitate and coordinate the programed and activities of the KZN Human Resource Development Council
