Purpose: To facilitate, coordinate and provide leadership, management development, generic, transversal training and ABET in the workplace programmes

Functions:

• Facilitate and coordinate the provision of generic and transversal training programmes


• Facilitate and coordinate the provision of leadership and management development training programmes


• Facilitate and coordinate the provision of ABET in the workplace


• Facilitate and manage strategic partnerships with internal and external providers for the provision of training and development interventions


• Provide leadership, guidance and support on the provision of training interventions
